At Tannaz Irani Academy, we strive to deliver value through our coaching programs, webinars, and training services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
The following purchases are strictly non-refundable, under all circumstances:
Webinar Registration Fees
Workshop Entry Tickets
Downloadable Content (eBooks, Recordings, PDF materials)
Live Session Access (if attended)
These are digital/consumable services and cannot be reversed once delivered or accessed.
Our high-ticket coaching programs and service-based offerings may be eligible for a refund only under the following conditions:
The user has attended a 1-on-1 consultation call and genuinely found the service not suitable or useful for them.
A refund request must be based on a valid, verifiable reason, determined by our internal team.
Note: We do not offer refunds based on personal preference changes, scheduling conflicts, or lack of effort on the user’s part.

Once a request is submitted, it will be reviewed within 3–5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 working days via the original payment method.
Refunds may be full or partial, depending on the usage and services already delivered.
Payment gateway charges and processing fees (if any) will be deducted from the refund amount.
We reserve the right to decline refund requests if usage of paid content or access to premium assets is detected.
We take refund fraud seriously. Repeated refund requests or abuse of our system may result in blacklisting from all future programs and community access.
Refunds are not granted based on dissatisfaction with results. Coaching outcomes vary by individual effort, and we make no guarantees about income, growth, or transformation.
By registering or purchasing any program from Tannaz Irani Academy, you agree to this Refund Policy.
